Refund & Return Policy

At Trivea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, personal care and intimate products are non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at tholistically@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  • Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us and we will assist you in selecting a replacement item.
